Professional Guidance & Supervisory Support

As a psychotherapist, my work extends beyond supporting clients – I also offer professional guidance, reflective practice and case-focused support for individuals and teams working in psychosocial, educational, or therapeutic contexts.

I am not a formally certified supervisor, but I offer supervisory support and professional reflection – especially on topics related to neurodiversity, autism, ADHD, trans identity, and broader queer experiences.

My own clinical experience lies primarily in working with adolescents and adults, and this is also the main focus of my supervisory work. I do, however, also support professionals working with children – always with a clear and transparent understanding of my specialisation.

Together, we create spaces where uncertainty, complex case dynamics, social tensions, and structural challenges can be explored with openness and professional care.

Who do I work with?

I offer individual and group sessions for:

  • Psychotherapists in training or in private practice working with neurodivergent clients
  • Teachers and educators seeking to better support neurodiverse students
  • Social workers in residential settings, youth services, or community-based work
  • Coaches and counsellors working with issues around identity, gender, or neurodivergence
  • Professionals in medical, psychiatric, or caregiving contexts who want to deepen their understanding
  • Professionals with lived experience of neurodiversity or queerness who are reflecting on their own positioning

What topics can we focus on?

Depending on your needs, our work might include:

  • Case reflection: navigating complex client situations, relational dynamics, diagnoses, or sensory needs
  • Professional attitude & self-reflection: developing a neurodiversity-affirming stance, exploring one’s own assumptions, biases, and positioning
  • Conceptual development: creating inclusive approaches within institutions, teams, or private practices
  • Identity & positioning: reflecting on your role as a professional – especially if you are queer, neurodivergent, or multiply marginalised yourself
  • Team dynamics & awareness: working through conflict, misunderstandings or training needs within teams

Offers for Organisations

I also provide tailored professional development, workshops, and topic-specific reflective spaces for institutions, NGOs, and organisations. Topics may include:

  • Autism and ADHD in adulthood
  • Queer perspectives in psychosocial work
  • Working therapeutically and educationally with trans, non-binary, and neurodivergent individuals
  • Power, language & attitude in working with marginalised communities
  • Building inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming structures and practices

If you’re interested in working together or are unsure whether your topic fits into my scope, feel free to reach out. I’m looking forward to connecting with you and your work.

Please note: These offerings are based on my professional expertise and experience and do not constitute certified clinical supervision as defined by formal accreditation bodies.
